『ズワイガニを味わう！ 贅沢三色丼と天ぷら御膳』

ズワイガニを「丼」と「天ぷら」でお楽しみいただく、"期間限定"御膳です。
◆三色丼
ズワイガニのほぐし身、いくら、アジたたきを盛り付けた贅沢三色丼です。
お好みで蟹に"雲丹醤油"をかけてお召し上がりいただいた後、最後に熟成之万能だしのおだしをかけて、だし茶漬けもお楽しみください。
◆天ぷら
ズワイガニの棒肉2本、かぼちゃと舞茸をご用意。
熟成之魚醤塩の旨みと塩味が、天ぷらの美味しさを引き立てます。
さらに「お味噌汁」、「お漬物」と人気の「王様の塩辛」付。
